Our Jr. Titans program is designed for young athletes just beginning their wrestling journey. With smaller groups and age-appropriate training, kids build confidence, discipline, and fundamentals in a supportive environment. Jr. Titans is available year-round at our Somers flagship, and seasonally at Empire South and North.
The Club Program is the foundation of Empire Wrestling Academy. Designed for middle and high school athletes, it provides structured training that builds strength, skill, and discipline. At Somers, this program runs year-round. At South and North, it operates in seasonal clinic blocks.
The Elite Program is built for serious athletes preparing for collegiate-level wrestling. It includes everything in the Club Program, plus exclusive opportunities for advanced competition and feedback. Elite memberships are available only at Somers and run on a 12-month term
Empire offers private and semi-private lessons with our D1-level coaching staff. These sessions are ideal for wrestlers who want targeted improvement on technique, strength, and mindset. Lessons are open to both members and non-members, with discounted rates for active members.
